Internationally inspired, locally driven, Chef Maurín is an ardent supporter of local, high quality, small-scale produce and meat. When she is not catering events and home meals, or organizing special events highlighting Quebec producers, she owns and manages Centrale Culinaire, Montreal’s first co-working kitchen, a space for food entrepreneurs to gather, cook, create, and collaborate. Outside of the kitchen, Maurín is Involved in causes that she holds dear, such as Save Seed Canada, the Future of Food events, as well as having joined the new and acclaimed Women Chef’s association, as a board member.
